A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we gather.

Where will the food be prepared?

The proposed service is onsite cooking in your home or venue kitchen. Joel must review the available equipment, refrigeration, preparation space, cleanup access and any venue requirements before accepting an event. A separate commercial production kitchen is not assumed.

Can I book more than 30 guests?

The initial planning limits are 12 for seated dinners, 20 for family-style meals and 30 for small receptions. Larger events require a different production setup and are outside this initial offering. Even within these ranges, the kitchen and staffing must be suitable.

Is the menu fixed? What about allergies?

Menus are starting points. Seasonal ingredients, dietary requests and substitutions can be discussed with Joel. Tell him about every allergy before a menu is agreed. An allergen-free environment or absence of cross-contact cannot be promised.

Does preparing a request book my date?

No. This site prepares a draft for your review. Availability, service area, kitchen suitability, final pricing and booking terms must be agreed directly with Joel. Nothing is submitted or reserved here.

What does the portfolio show?

The photographs and teaser were supplied for Joel’s portfolio and show dishes, desserts and event presentations from his professional work. Past event displays do not set the scale of the current small-event offering. Sample catering menus and event formats remain proposed concepts pending his review.
